| I don't know where those people live, but I live in Guam, and we do have those here. I've never seen any THAT big, but big enough. It's TERRIFYING. Just the other day my brother had found one outside on the corner of my bedroom window. Thank goodness my screen is nailed shut. |

| It's a huntsman spider. There are loads of them here in Australia. While big and scary, they are harmless and rarely bite. |
